In accordance with our quality manual, we aim to:

• Be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• Acknowledge instructions when received.
• Be on-site the same day (if within a 3 hour drive).
• Contact the Insured to advise of our attendance.
• Advise of intended site visit time, be punctual, or advise of any delays.
• Advise of any findings at the end of each day when on-site, by email or telephone if necessary.
• Submit written reports in a timely manner, to pre-agreed timescales.
• Be courteous in all our dealings with witnesses.
• Seek verbal, or where practical, written agreement when additional work or costs are necessary.
• Be impartial in our conclusions.
• Ensure that cost effectiveness is of primary importance.
• Conduct all investigative work in accordance with established best practice and quality procedures.
